How long does a shoot take?
For a typical holiday home (8–12 rooms + outdoor areas), about 4–6 hours on site. You don’t need to be present — many owners meet us at the start, hand over keys and let us work.
Do we need to prepare the property?
Yes: tidy, made up, aired out — as for a guest check-in. We send a short preparation checklist beforehand. Styling, repositioning plants or arranging furniture is available on request (surcharge).
How quickly is the tour online?
Typically within 7–10 working days after the shoot. With Premium and Luxury (incl. website): 10–14 days, depending on copy and domain setup.
On what platform does the tour run?
We use Wolowo360 — the professional technology platform for virtual tours, multilingual presentations, statistics, enquiry or booking functions and GDPR-compliant hosting. Mallorca360 Tours remains your local contact; Wolowo360 provides the technical foundation in the background.
What happens after the 12 months of hosting?
The tour stays online — monthly (€19) or yearly (€190). You can cancel any time; the tour stays available until the end of the paid period.
Can we maintain the website ourselves later?
Yes. Copy, prices, availability, photos — we set up a simple editing login. If you’d rather not touch it: we maintain it for you (included in Premium and Luxury).
What about drone / sunset / pool footage?
Included in Luxury. Available as an extension on Premium. We are registered and insured drone pilots.
Do you also work with agents and property managers?
Yes — we have special B2B rates for recurring work. Just reach out directly, by phone or WhatsApp.
Can my tour be delivered in multiple languages?
Yes. Through the Wolowo360 platform we support up to 24 languages. For Mallorca holiday properties, German, English and Spanish are included as standard — French, Italian, Dutch or Scandinavian languages can be added on request. That way you reach guests from all over Europe directly in their own language — without rebuilding every brochure by hand.
Is a booking function available as well?
Yes. Premium and Luxury include a booking enquiry function delivered straight to your inbox. On request we can integrate extended direct-booking logic — ideal if you want to be less dependent on Airbnb or Booking and welcome guests on your own presentation page.
